Privacy policy
General information
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the protection of personal data of the Ordering Party who use the Website located at mevsarconsulting.com.
1. Definitions:
 Administrator - means the administrator of personal data is Mevsar Consulting Group based in Poznań, (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), who provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User's devices. Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User
uses the websites of the Service.
 Website - means the website or application under which the Administrator runs the website, operating under the domain https://mevsarconsulting.com.
 Device - means an electronic device through which the User
gains access to the Website.
 User - means an entity for which
electronic services may be provided in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions or with which
an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
Security and protection of personal data
1. From May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) has been in force in Poland
2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing
of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive
95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection, also known as GDPR). Therefore, we have
prepared information for you regarding the processing of your
personal data by our company.
The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data
subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are:
a.processed in accordance with the law, fairly and transparently for the data
subject,
b.collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further
processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes,
c. adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are
processed,

f. processed in a manner ensuring adequate security of Personal Data,
including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and
accidental loss, destruction or damage, by appropriate
technical or organizational measures.
Data collected by the Website and cookie files
1. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the full
functionality of the Website, ie to place an Order.
2. During registration on the Website, the Ordering Party provides the following
information in the registration form: name, surname, exact delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address.
3. During a visit to the Website, the following Users' data are automatically collected:
IP address,
date and time of visit to the website,
type of operating system,
type and version of the web browser,
address of the website from which the user was redirected to the website, and other data transferred
by the browser in the HTTP request headers (such as language preferences, domain,
searches), screen resolution and browser window size.
Purpose of data collection
1. All data provided by the Ordering Party will be processed by the Administrator in order to
fulfill the Order, including to ensure contact between the Ordering Party and the Seller.
2. The Ordering Party's data may be used to send commercial information within the
meaning of Art. 10 (2) of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal
of Laws of September 9, 2002, No. 144, item 1204), depending on the
consent given by the Ordering Party when completing the registration form.
3. Commercial information may be sent to the e-mail address of the Ordering Party.
The Ordering Party may withdraw the consent granted at any time, for this purpose it should contact the
Data Administrator.
4. The data provided by the Customer during Registration are used for accounting purposes, to
contact the Customer, to service the account at mevsarconsulting.com and for other activities
related to the conclusion or performance of sales contracts. These data may also be used to
verify whether the registering person meets the conditions required by the Regulations and legal provisions.
5. Customer data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under
applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities.
The right to verify, modify and delete personal data
1. The Ordering Party has the right to access their data and correct them
through the Website.

2. The Ordering Party has the right to delete the Account on the Website. The deletion of the Account is
irreversible and means the deletion of all data of the Ordering Party.
Who do we share personal data with?
Your data may be transferred only for the purposes indicated in this document. We use third-party services in
connection with the services we provide.

a. Hosting companies that provide us with their servers,

How long do we process personal data?
1. Personal Data may be stored for the period of using our services, or when:

c. if the processing of Personal Data depends on the Customer's consent, the Personal Data
may be processed until it is withdrawn,
d. the possibility of pursuing any claims related to our
cooperation by each party,
e. Personal Data will also be stored when other legal provisions
oblige the Administrator to process them,
f. Personal Data will be stored longer in the event that the Ordering Party has
any claims against the Administrator, in order to pursue claims by the Administrator,
or in order to pursue or defend against claims of third parties, for the period of
limitation specified by law, in particular the Civil Code.
2. Depending on the scope of Personal Data and the purposes of their processing, they may therefore be
stored for a different period. In each case, the longer period
of storage of Personal Data is decisive.
